Form Festival takes place 70 miles north of Pheonix at a developing urban laboratory in the middle of the desert. The location named Arcosanti was built by over 7,000 students and it is focused on innovative designs, community efforts, and environmental accountability. You can learn more about Arcosanti here (https://arcosanti.org/)
The lineup for the 3-day music festival on May 13-15th is unique with Skrillex, Hundred Waters, Bonobo (DJ) and Thundercat, but not nearly as unique as the process to get tickets. This festival is free, completely free, but there’s a catch. You must apply to be accepted to the festival.
FORM Arcosanti is free-by-application. This model allows us to bring people together based on their creativity, thoughtfulness, and intention rather than their economic means. It also helps ensure a diverse and thoughtful community that will treat Arcosanti and each other with great care and respect.
In order to attend FORM, you must first fill out an application answering a few simple questions: who you are, why you want to attend, what role creativity plays in your life, etc. Our application process is our way of learning about fellow FORM attendees and their creative outlets, and allows us to get to know you all in order to make many creative decisions on our end.
